The excellent customer service started with my very first phone call to schedule the appointment. The receptionist was professional, friendly, and courteous, making the entire booking process easy.I’ve had my home power washed by other companies before, but none have delivered results like Red Door. The difference was immediately noticeable—my house looked significantly cleaner. I also appreciated that they explained they had applied an algaecide and fungicide to help prevent future growth, which gave me even more confidence in the quality of their work.I will definitely be using Red Door again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service and outstanding results! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Outstanding job. Had house, porch, windows done and they came out extremely clean. Green algae on the North side came off and the deck was ready to be sealed when it dried. Both workers were professional and polite. Price was reasonable and less then Power wash would cost. Would highly recommend

They did a great job. They missed a pair of skylights because they were in an odd location. Three other skylights did not come clean (because of tree sap). However, they returned on the next business day and everything looks great. DJ was very polite and professional.

First time using these folks and super impressed all around! We met them two years ago (2024) at the expo at the convention center. That's where the impression started. Kids walked up to their booth because they wanted to spin the wheel. I was honest and told them, sure! I'll share my info but we're not in a spot financially to pay for a house wash this year. The lady said no pressure, we'll call you once and if you say no thanks that'll be it.As promised they called a couple weeks later. I said no thanks and that was itFast forward to spring 2026, I was ready and able to pay for a house wash. I called, they sent me all the pricing options. I was able to select online at my leisure. Setting up the appointment was easy. The best part is, one side of our house is westward facing and quite shaded. It was also VERY dirty. The day they came out it was pretty overcast. They were super professional, on time, polite, the whole nine. House looked great! I had to wait for a sunny day to make sure but that one elevation had some spots left up high.I called, sent some photos, and just as promised they came out and fixed the spots!Very very impressed with the entire experience. We WILL 100% use them again.Cheapest? No idea, I didn't compare prices. To me the level of service we got from the first time we encountered them at the expo to the end of our first service is worth their price!Thank you for a great experience and an awesome job!!My ONLY "complaint", they clean the outside of my windows so good that I realized that the inside are super dirty so I had to clean those lol! And YES they do offer interior window cleaning, maybe next year I can pay for that too. This year I'll just be scrubbing the inside myself so I can enjoy how clear my windows are now!

I am a first time client for Red Door Pro Wash, and requested an estimate to power soft wash my Colonial two-story house exterior walls, front entrance porch, rear deck and gutters, and power wash my concrete driveway and entrance sidewalk. I am completely satisfied with their customer service, work results, and direct easy communications. Rebecca prepared and tailored the services I needed to meet my needs at an affordable price. Technicians Nate and Trevor are very proficient, efficient and professional in executing the ordered work on my challenging, filthy vinyl siding and surface-stained driveway (See before and after picture). I highly commend and recommend this Veteran-Owned, local company; Red Door Pro Wash.

To begin, they do not use high pressure which can damage your siding. All key holes and receptacles were taped to protect from water damage. Heavily stained areas received multiple applications until clean. Nothing was damaged or disturbed and our house looks great. Thanks Red Door. 👍
