Minimum Charge Policy

  • A minimum service charge of $395 applies for homes within the 22405 and 22401 zip codes. For homes located further from our office, a different minimum charge may apply. Your customer service representative will discuss and confirm your specific minimum charge before service commencement.

Service Guarantee

  • We guarantee that all our services will be executed with utmost professionalism and quality. The estimates provided are based on the information you’ve supplied. Should there be discrepancies or deviations from the provided details, adjustments to the service charge may be necessary. We pledge transparency and will communicate any changes for your approval prior to commencing work. Our goal is to avoid any surprises and we do not use “bait and switch” tactics.

Product Safety and Pre-Service Preparations

  • Our cleaning products are biodegradable and safe for both your family and pets. Please remove any outdoor fabrics, decorations, furniture, and portable plants from the cleaning area prior to our arrival. Should you need assistance with heavier items, please notify us in advance.

Water Intrusion Precautions

  • If you are aware of any leaky windows or doors, please place a white towel on the floor inside to catch drips. Red Door is not liable for water intrusion due to leaky windows, doors, or any other leak.

Window Closure and Rescheduling

  • Ensure all windows are securely closed before our arrival. Open windows will necessitate service rescheduling, potentially incurring additional charges.

Window Cleaning Disclaimer

  • Our house wash packages aim for streak-free windows, yet factors like oxidized frames and hard water deposits, outside our control, may affect outcomes. Our pure-water system effectively removes dirt but does not address hard water deposits, etching, or scratches.

Electrical Safety

  • Technicians will cover and tape external electrical outlets and security devices. We are not responsible for damage to non-water-tight outdoor electrical components.

During Service

  • People and pets need to remain indoors, or away from the work area during cleaning to avoid contact with cleaning solutions, which, while safe, may discolor clothing.

Soft Wash Limitations

  • The soft wash service targets organic material removal and is not designed for oxidation, artillery fungus, rust, clay, oil, or paint/stain removal. Consult with your sales representative for services covering these conditions.

Water Usage

  • Access to your water supply is necessary for service completion. Although we carry an initial supply, additional water may be needed. The cost is minimal, and we are cautious not to overuse or damage hose bibs. Red Door is not responsible for hose bib wear or replacement.

Fuel Surcharge

  • A fuel surcharge, not exceeding $17, will be applied to all services if national fuel prices surpass $3.25 per gallon.

Agreement to Terms

  • By accepting our quote, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Governing Law
